Remove activity stream functionality from controllers and providers.

- Remove activity stream related code and files
- Update configuration for HtmlSanitizer and RetryGuzzle
- Add `paginate` macro for `Collection`
- Remove unused code for `Codebird`
- Simplify `FrontPageController` and `NotesController` methods
